David is a founding director of IFAT. He has over 30 years experience in Employee Benefits. He has served on the Pensions Standing Committee of the Irish Insurance Federation and is also a fellow of the Irish Institute of Pensions Management.

Mary joined IFAT in 2000. She has over 30 years experience in Employee Benefits. Mary holds a Graduate Diploma in Financial Planning from University College Dublin and is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ which, internationally, represents the highest level of professional practice in financial planning. She is also a qualified financial advisor and a fellow of the Irish Institute of Pensions Management.

Maurice joined IFAT in 2004 having previously served for many years with Irish Pensions Trust and Mercer. He is a Fellow of the Irish Institute of Pensions Management and has over 35 years experience in Employee Benefits specialising in Corporate Pensions Business.

Eleanor joined IFAT as a director in 2006. Her background is in the media industry having worked with RTE and other independent media production companies for over 20 years. She was a founder director and company secretary of Andec Media International Ltd.
